On behalf of HP, we would like to invite you to attend our NDNA Customer Technology Briefing sessions, held on Thursday 6th May 2010 at Bracknell HP Offices and Thursday 13th May at HP's Bristol offices.

HP recognises the pressure to keep IT under control, green and secure, wherever it is located and whatever its function. With the recent inclusion in the NDNA contract, HP can offer a complete personal computing solution to all Higher Education organisations.

This briefing will demonstrate HP's portfolio of products and how these can benefit your organisation. Furthermore the briefing will discuss HP's environmental and recycling solutions, so you can secure and manage a more environmentally-friendly total IT environment.

The events will start at precisely 9.30 am, with tea/coffee and arrival from 9.00 am. Refreshments will be served throughout the day and you will be presented with an opportunity to talk to a HP pre-sales consultant and explore some of HP's equipment.

DTP are attending the UCISA Conference 2010 at the Harrogate International centre. The exhibition and conference is on for the 3rd and 4th march and promises to be an excellent event. Come and visit us on stand number 10.

DTP has a 22 year pedigree of supplying and supporting clients within the Higher Education sector. Within the National University Printer Contract we represented 51% contract spend at the last contract review meeting!

This share has been achieved through operational excellence and focus and more recently by working in partnership with Universities to help them consolidate their separate Printer, MFD, Scanner and Fax fleets into a single Managed environment across both student and staff areas, saving up to 50% of current costs and charged on a "pay as you use" basis with no capital outlay.

DTP will now also be promoting the same approach to PC's, Laptops and Workstations after being awarded supplier status in partnership with HP on the NDNA contract.

DTP are attending COUP 2009 at the Royal Holloway College, Egham, Surrey on the 7th, 8th and 9th September 2009.

Join DTP on stand 68 where we will be celebrating with HP the recent award of supplier status within the NDNA Contract. We will also be demonstrating HP MFP products working with SafeCom & Pharos, aiming to build upon our position as the largest supplier within the NUPC Contract and showing how we can guarantee and deliver savings of up to 30% for Printer, Copier, Fax and Scanner consolidation projects

In September 2007 the DTP Group attended the Conference on University Purchasing, (COUP) which was held at the Royal Armouries Leeds.

The two day event was a huge success with DTP's stand being a real talking point. The DTP Group would like to thank all of our customers new and existing who took the time to visit the DTP stand.
