Customer Case - Manufacturer:

5.5% of jobs sent at a large Japanese manufacturer last month were never actually printed out. This meant 41,744 pages were deleted from the system. With an average charge for a page (including paper) being 5p this equates to a saving of over £2,000 in a single month.

Customer Case - University:

Over an initial seven month period at a leading University in the Yorkshire region, 3,263,714 pages were put into the print system and of that, 967,840 pages were automatically deleted by SafeCom because they remained uncollected.
